These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and subscription tracking platform.

By accessing or using Amounthly, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Use of the Service

Amounthly provides a cloud-based platform for individuals to monitor and manage their subscription expenses. You may link subscriptions manually and analyze your spending patterns. You can categorize all of your subscriptions in categories and filter based on them.

2. User Accounts

To access key features, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. User-Generated Content

Users may input or upload data related to their personal subscriptions. By using the platform, you confirm that: Your submitted content is your own or you have rights to use it. The information is not harmful, illegal, or infringing upon third-party rights. We reserve the right (but are not obligated) to monitor or remove content that violates these Terms. By submitting content, you grant Dapps a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use it for the operation and improvement of the service.

4. Paid Plans and Billing

Amounthly offers both free and paid plans. Subscriptions to paid plans are billed annualy as a one-time payment. Full pricing and billing terms are provided during the signup process. We reserve the right to modify pricing and service offerings at any time, with reasonable notice to users.

5. Intellectual Property

All content and software on this website, including branding, interfaces, and logic, are the property of Dapps or its licensors and are protected by Danish and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or exploit any part of the platform without prior written consent.

You agree not to use the platform: For unlawful purposes; To breach local, national, or international regulations; To introduce malicious software or disrupt the service; To collect or harvest personal data from other users without consent.

Amounthly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive to maintain accuracy and uptime, we do not guarantee the availability, completeness, or accuracy of the service. You are solely responsible for decisions based on your subscription tracking data.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dapps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenues. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the past six months or fifty Euros (€50), whichever is greater.

Amounthly may offer integrations with third-party services to enhance functionality (e.g., calendar sync, financial data imports). We are not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of these external providers. Your use of such services is at your own risk.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If a change is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to it taking effect. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved by the competent courts of Denmark.
